Re: Death Saves and Exhaustion

Yeah, was looking at a bunch of stuff at the same time on component costs...

Kinda having second thoughts on Lesser removing any exhaustion. This might be a good cigar chat.

Right after the one on Portent/Lucky/Halfling Luck...

Re: Death Saves and Exhaustion

So kinda like how different types of inn rooms in Baldurs Gate give different amounts of hit points back?

Might be too much in the weeds.

Death Saves and Exhaustion

After some research, gonna revisit how we did the exhaustion thing when reduced to zero or fewer hits during the last game. When you initially go down, you automatically gain a level of exhaustion. For every blown death save, you gain a level of exhaustion. When you stabilize, you stop gaining exhau...

Welcome to Sagentown!

It doesn’t take the Forsaken long to find the Lord’s Inn Discretion in Sagentown. There are only a few inns in town, and this one stands out. Its a large 2 story structure, well built of wood. After your time on the Frosthammer it seems like paradise on earth. Squire Tim is waiting for you. When you...

Now Available at Goya's

Wizards and Warlocks! Ever been stuck with a bunch of spells or rituals that you want to write in your book only to find out that you are all out of the inks needed and there just aren't any open shops around that stock the necessary supplies to make any, and you have tons of loot left over from you...

Mounted Combat

Got to thinking about mounted combat lately, and Valak can throw Find Steed now, so been looking at the mount related stuff. Now I understand this is something that will not be coming up but so much. However, seeing as you guys are on a mission of war it's bound to come up sooner or later. Besides, ...

Not Even a Mouse...

This takes place shortly after the battle with Frostarr. Captain Odenkirk wastes no time. He and his crew work like possessed men, clearing the ice from the ship and repairing the damage done by the ice mephits. The Frosthammer is ready to go shortly after the Forsaken finish looting the village. Wh...

Re: Baby It’s Cold Outside...

I have to retcon one detail from last night. After you pull the gifts and amulet from the hat, a cold wind blows and carries it away. If someone was holding the hat, the wind rips it from their hands. As it flies away, you hear Frostarr’s jolly laugh, and remember his prophesy: “I’ll be back again s...

Baby It’s Cold Outside...

First night out from Xot is fairly peaceful, as are the next couple of days of travel. Travel on the Frosthammer is not pleasant. Odenkirk spends most of the day yelling. There are no cabins and the cargo hold is completely full of crates, so everyone is topside all the time. You sleep where you can...
