100% ID and XRay- are weapons not allowed on the train?

Licensed firearms are allowed. Any lethal body mods also may be an issue if caught and not licensed. Illegal or Military only arms wont be allowed.
Re: Elf Missions Number 2
Totally underground the entire route? If weapons aren't allowed, we will need to figure out how to get them aboard by other means during a stop....from the roof or underneath perhaps. Definitely want to board separately, nondescript, someone to scout the cars, someone to prep weapons, then move in and out as quickly as possible.
Might need to know the route for exfil, same questions, underground the entire route or will there be bridges, openings to the sky, places to jump, etc.
Do we know how big the container for the prototype is expected to be? That's important on walking it off, or having to dump and jump.
Hmmm, maybe we need to buy a bigger drone....or a helibird.

Totally underground the entire route? Yes, and the entrances are underground. High speed sealed tunnels, a few access points but monitored access between stations.

Weapons will be allowed, if licensed. Along with lethal gear/mods.

Questions-
Is this a mag lev kind of train? What powers it?
Does the train tube have any kind of special atmosphere? Like vacuum or something other than regular breathable atmosphere?
Tossing stuff out yo!
Some of us should actually ride the line a couple of times to try and get some familiarity with it.
Have a decker find the plans for the tunnel so we can locate some of these between station access points.
If the train is powered by an external power source, have a decker shut it down. Or we could buy a cheap drone, strap a satchel charge to it and crash it into said source. Provided that can be done without killing anyone.
Either that or we blow the tube with a charge aomewhere in between two stations. Probably on both sides of the train. Again only if there is no collateral damage.
We stop the train near the access point we choose. Preferably one that we can park the van near.
We hit the secure car, grab the case and boogie.
Or
We somehow replace the UCAS personnel before they get on the train. If its just us in the secure car, we can do what we want.
Whatever we do, we should load up on non-lethal weapons. We should anticipate having to deal with armor and drones.

Not full vacuum, but there is a partial vacuum.

The line runs 3x a day. You can easily run it. There is always one car of each type

The mx hatches are very small. Robots probably do most mx.

You would almost certainly kill someone. There are multiple redundant power systems and internal battery systems. The rail system is extremely reliable and timely. It is not a military system but city wide asset, its destruction would impact hundreds or more people daily.
The final stop just happens to be at the city border.
Re: Elf Missions Number 2
Sounds like destroying the power source or blowing up the tube is out.
So is accessing the tunnel via the maintenance hatches.
If we can figure out how to replace the escort before they board the train, we will need to come up with a plan to get ourselves and the target off the train when it gets to its destination. I will bet that there will be more soldiers there to receive the load.
Or maybe instead of replacing the soldiers on the train, we replace those who will be receiving the shipment? How awesome would it be if they just walk up and hand us the case?
